By registering for this class, I agree that I will be on time for the class and understand that the class is a mandatory 8 hour class, as mandated by Virginia DMV. I will complete and pass the final written exam. I agree to participate, conduct myself with respect, and respect the instructor and other class participants. I understand that my failure to do this will cause be to be ejected from the class and I will forfeit my payment. I also understand that I can only reschedule the class one time. No refunds. We reserve the right to change class dates or cancel classes as necessary. Online driving class participants: It is up to you to complete and schedule a test for the online driving class.
